ROUGH ISSUE nasce dal concetto di second chance.
L’idea parte da una riflessione: quanti progetti rimangono senza identità, abbandonati sul desktop o rifiutati dai clienti? Troppi.

Ho deciso di recuperarli. Ho aperto hard disk e vecchie chiavette USB per riportare alla luce lavori dimenticati e dar loro un nuovo palcoscenico. Non come “scarti”, ma come frammenti autentici, presentati al pubblico nella loro forma più genuina e fragile.
Il progetto prende vita durante il periodo del Covid-19: un tempo sospeso, che mi ha offerto lo spazio e la quiete necessari per rimettere insieme questi pezzi sparsi e trasformarli in un racconto visivo coerente.
ROUGH ISSUE è archivio, esposizione e manifesto. Una raccolta che celebra ciò che solitamente resta invisibile, con l’attitudine cruda e sincera che solo un “numero zero” può avere.

So, I decided to bring them back. I dug through old hard drives and dusty USB sticks, uncovering forgotten works and giving them a new stage. Not as “leftovers,” but as genuine fragments—presented to the public in their most honest and fragile form.
The project took shape during the Covid-19 lockdown: a suspended time that gave me the peace and focus to gather these scattered pieces and turn them into a visual narrative.
ROUGH ISSUE is archive, exhibition, and manifesto all at once. A collection that celebrates what usually remains unseen, with the raw and candid attitude only a true “issue zero” can have.
